The book with this title is a short story collection by Mr Asghar Vajahat. There are 15 stories in all. The first story cake is not really a very good start to the collection. It picks up with the second story-Sargam Kola. The best stories in the collection are Sargam Cola-(Page No 20) & Takhti (Page No 86). The story Takhti is bound to make you laugh and if you are no longer in college, will take you back to those carefree days. A lot of stories are based on the social aspects of the Indian society. I find it nice that inspite of all the globalization and development somebody is still talking about the issues facing the real Bharat. Over all a good book which is insightful. The book is recommended.i would easily give it 3 stars out of five. The link to the book is given below.

About Me & this Blog
How many of your friends read Indian literature in an Indian language? Well if your answer is greater than zero I must say you are lucky because none of my friends do the same. Most of the people I meet do not read much in the first place and even if they do its mostly Jeffrey Archer, John Grisham, Danielle Steel etc etc. I hope you get my point-nobody reads Indian writing in Indian languages. When I searched for hindi stories/novels/writing on the internet it took a lot of effort from my side to finally find a few sites which had good hindi literature. Though they are numerous in number not many people know about them and more importantly there is no site which reviews the content here. The content on these websites is really great and I always wish more and more people could read them. This blog is an attempt to do that. I will not be posting the actual content on this blog. It will only have my review of the book/story followed by a link to the same. For starters I will be reviewing individual content on the hindi websites that I regularly visit.
